Founded in 2010 by Julie Christeas, production company Tandem Pictures has elevated and given a platform to misrepresented and underrepresented ideas. We are filmmakers, driven by justice and representation for both people and the planet.
CORE VALUES
We strive to not only tell stories, but to share learnings with the industry in order to grow positive filming practices across our community. We produce content strictly according to the PGA Greenguide PEACH+ checklist, aiming for an EMA Green Seal on our feature films. We ensure diverse voices of all backgrounds are heard and hired behind and in front of the camera. Most importantly, it is our mission to elevate these values in the Independent Film and Creative Advertising Community to effect measurable change.
JULIE CHRISTEAS
Julie Christeas is an established producer, and is the founder and CEO of Tandem Pictures, a platform for people, the planet and powerful storytelling. Her company recently celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2025 and, for its entirety, has produced strictly according to the PGA Greenguide PEACH+ checklist, aiming for an EMA Green Seal on their feature films.
Julie also produces original short-form content for some of the biggest brands in the world -- Amazon, Chase Bank, Ford Motors, Netflix, Cadillac and many more. Before founding Tandem, Julie was EVP across production and development at Renart Films and attended Emerson College.
